They can only benefit from the offer if they hold a valid Total Energies Invest account at the time of payment of the gift voucher. They must be legally competent. They must not be under guardianship, curatorship or judicial protection.

The Gift Voucher cannot be combined with other promotional offers, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Total Energies Invest prohibits any modification of the terms and conditions of the Gift Voucher, under penalty of exclusion from its benefits, and reserves the right to modify or terminate the Gift Voucher at any time by disseminating information to investors or on the totalenergiesinvest.com website.
