What will your investment fund?

Risk overview

Construction risks

Delay

Risk of construction delays or failure to complete the work

Mitigation methods

The project developer has a strong track record in development and extensive experience in building photovoltaic projects, with more than 480 MWp of PV projects commissioned since the company’s inception. Furthermore, the project is already under construction and on schedule.

Refinancing risk

Refinancing

Credit risk related to the company's ability to refinance and meet its debt obligations.

Mitigation methods

The repayment strategy is based on the project’s ability to generate sufficient cash flow. Since the sale of electricity is secured for the long term with a 20-year sales tariff under the CRE’s call for bids, this solution will be facilitated. In the event of insufficient cash flow during the first few years, the shareholder of the project company (AFR Sonata France Batch 2) will provide refinancing for the project’s equity.
